A celebrated culinary artist with deep roots in Silicon Valley and the South Bay, Chef Nance Danner Rocha brings a wealth of experience and passion to Pacific Coast Private Chefs. With an impressive career spanning fine dining establishments, private events, and celebrity clientele, Nance has established herself as a leader in the farm-to-table movement, crafting exquisite dining experiences tailored to each guest.

A distinguished member of Les Toques Blanches (Monterey Chapter), the American Culinary Federation (Monterey Chapter), and Disciples Escoffier International, Nance’s expertise is backed by years of training and mentorship from some of the industry’s most respected chefs. She honed her craft at the Professional Culinary Institute, studying under legends like Chef Bo Friberg, Chef Mial Parker, Chef Doug Basegio, and Chef Randy Torres.

Throughout her career, Nance has worked alongside culinary greats, including Chef Eric Pevar, Chef Bert Cutino at the Sardine Factory, and Chef Randy Musterer at Sushi Confidential. Her dedication to fresh, locally sourced ingredients and refined techniques allows her to create unforgettable meals, whether for intimate gatherings, high-profile events, or executive dining experiences.
